BUENA PARK, CA — One of our regular volunteers canvassed this past Saturday for Republican congressional candidate Chuong Vo! (District 45)

Vo is in a close race against Democrat incumbent Derek Tran, who defeated Michelle Steel in 2024 by less than a thousand votes. He campaigned in Buena Park on Saturday with Tony Strickland, the Republican candidate for state senate. (District 36) Brian M. Cuaron—who organizes Patriot Precinct Project canvassing efforts in the Long Beach-Lakewood area—worked with about a dozen other Vo-and-Strickland volunteers in distributing door hangers for both men. When greeting residents, he let them know that he was handing out information about the Republican candidates running for office in that city.
The weather was hot and the response was generally positive! All but one of about 50 residents accepted the door hangers that Brian distributed. Some wished him well, warning him to stay cool (it was hot!), and others indicated they would read the material or be sure to vote Republican. One of the residents even came to the meet-and-greet held after to speak with Vo.
Canvassing efforts for both Vo and Strickland are ongoing. Go to the candidates’ website listed below to learn how to volunteer or donate.
